FROM BUSINESS BANKING TO THE WAREHOUSE FLOOR

Practical business experience. Personal fulfillment service.

Before founding Fulfillment Heros, Nathan worked as a Licensed Business Banker with Chase. That experience shaped how he thinks about cash flow, growth, client relationships, and the operational pressure business owners carry.

His path into fulfillment started through ecommerce. After operating a sports subscription-box company, other business owners began asking him to help assemble and ship their boxes. What began as helping fellow operators grew into a full third-party logistics company.

Today, Nathan remains close to the work—from planning complex kitting projects and improving warehouse processes to helping clients solve unusual packaging and shipping challenges.

HOW NATHAN BUILT FULFILLMENT HEROS

Capability matters. Responsiveness matters just as much.

Know the account

Clients should be able to reach people who understand their products, workflows, and priorities.

Solve the unusual

Fulfillment is rarely one-size-fits-all. Custom kits, branded inserts, decoration, and special projects deserve a workable plan.

Improve the process

Careful time studies, clear instructions, and quality checks turn difficult warehouse work into repeatable operations.

Grow together

The goal is to give brands room to sell, launch, and scale without losing control of the customer experience.

FROM THE FOUNDER

Lessons from a 100,000-unit kitting project.

Nathan shares how a large-scale warehouse project went from a 13-minute carton process to a repeatable 7–8-minute workflow—and what growing brands can learn from it.
